2. Quick Consultation (10–20 Minutes)
We’ll schedule a short consult to talk through your goals, past training experience, any injuries we should know about, and what type of training schedule fits your life. It’s casual, helpful, and gives us a chance to build a plan that actually works for you.
3. Your First Workout Is Free
After the consult, we’ll book your free first session. This is a full training session — no pressure, no sales pitch. Just a chance for you to experience our coaching style, see the space, and make sure it feels like a good fit.
4. Build Your Plan
If you vibe with it, we’ll map out a weekly training plan, whether that’s 1:1 sessions, small-group sessions, or combining PT with our classes.
