Class Styles & Times Explained

LIFT – Strength Training for All Levels

A strength-based class with built-in customization for every level. Each session combines strength, conditioning, and accessory work for a full-body, adaptable workout.

GXT – Group Cross Training

A high-intensity, circuit-style class built around four 10-minute blocks that stack in intensity. Fast-paced, challenging, and designed to push your limits.

Community Sweat

Once a month, we open our doors for a free workout — open to friends, family, and anyone in the community. It’s our way of giving back and bringing everyone together for a fun, high-energy class in the Spectrum style. All levels welcome.

Class Times

Our classes are designed to run about an hour, but we stagger start times every 30 minutes — like 4:30, 5:00, and 5:30 — to help fit busy schedules. Whether you’re heading to work, managing kids, or just need flexibility, you can jump in when it works best for you. Each session allows you to move at your own pace — finish early or take your time and go beyond the hour.
